PAYMENT OPTIONS

Beverly Hills Surgical Specialists accepts several forms of payment options. For patients paying privately, we accept the 4 major credit cards, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Cash and cashier's checks are also welcome. A $500 deposit is needed to secure a surgery date and time. Payment in full must be received in our office 72 hours prior to scheduled procedures.

Some procedures are covered under medical insurance. Please contact our administrator to schedule verification and be prepared to fax all pertinent information to our office. Upon arrival for your procedure, patients approved for medical insurance coverage are asked to bring the original medical insurance card and valid identification.

Financing is available to our patients through selected lenders. Terms and rates are based on the applicant's creditworthiness. Applications may be submitted online or via telephone. Below are a list of our preferred finance companies.
